Chair and CEO letter

2025 was a strong year for our company. Amid a wind market challenged by geopolitical and macroeconomic forces, we continued to grow our revenue while significantly improving our overall profitability and free cash flow.

We completed the integration of Vestas’ converter and controls business, and prepared to finalise the integration of Nissens Cooling Solutions. We launched our new strategy, Powering Change, and rebranded from KK Wind Solutions to KK Group — a forward-looking name that covers our core business in renewables while encompassing the energy-intensive industries where we aim to grow.

We humbly acknowledge the incredible contribution made by our almost 3,700 colleagues in delivering another year of strong commercial performance while maintaining high focus on quality, reliability and, most importantly, safety.

Strategy

In 2025, we launched Powering Change — a strategy that guides us on a journey to become a more resilient, diversified, and global technology partner.

  1. 01

Strengthen our position in wind and renewables

Wind is and will remain our largest segment. A new US region captures a larger share of onshore by supporting OEMs and asset owners alike.

  2. 02

Expand into other sectors and industries

Repurposing core Power & Controls technologies for hydrogen and battery energy storage, and bringing cooling and monitoring to energy-intensive industries.

  3. 03

    Accelerate focus on product development

More co-development with key customers, a growing portfolio of proprietary IP, and advanced digital solutions built to the highest cybersecurity standards.

Three divisions.
One energy system.
